Synopsis
The legendary tale of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark's epic 1803 exploration of the American West comes to life. The big-screen format is perfect for the sweeping shots of unspoiled landscape and breathtaking vistas, and the action shots make you feel as if you're on the trek with the explorers. Instead of a straight documentary, the film uses live actors to re-create the drama. Unfortunately, because IMAX films are so expensive to produce, the story is whittled down considerably. 42 min. Nothing offensive.
